As an educational consultant and coach, I specialize in helping K-12 schools incorporate culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy, adopt anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices, and promote educational equity, inclusivity, and diversity. My approach is centered on empowering educators and students to create a more just and equitable learning environment where everyone is not only welcomed but celebrated.
