I am Monique Power, a dedicated professional with multifaceted roles encompassing motherhood, education, research, authorship, and consultancy.
Holding a master's degree in education, my expertise centers on fostering educational equity, inclusivity, and diversity within K-12 institutions.

My work is grounded in the effective integration of culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy, coupled with the advocacy for anti-oppressive and anti-racist practices. Through my consultancy and coaching services, I assist schools, educators, and administrators in cultivating inclusive learning environments.

Together, we evaluate school climate data, analyze past practices, and harness existing institutional knowledge to advance equitable teaching, leadership and assessment methodologies collaboratively.
